Main Conference
Ryan Frederick
Ryan and his wife, Selena, co-founded Fierce Families and have jointly authored 12 books on marriage and parenting. You can hear them on their weekly podcasts, which have been downloaded over 15 million times. They live on a small farm in University Place with their four wonderful daughters.
John Lovell
John is a former war veteran and Special Operations soldier, having served in 2nd Ranger Battalion. After his military service, he served as a Christian missionary in Central America full-time. Today he is a video content creator, public speaker, firearms trainer, and homesteader. John lives on a small farm in Georgia with his wife and two sons.
Dmitriy Spatarel
Dmitriy is a pastor, a husband to his bride of 11 years, a father to 4 (with a 5th on the way), and a recently founded Veritas Bible Church in Federal Way, WA. Outside of ministry work, he enjoys spending time with his family and reading worthwhile books by dead people.
Rich Hamlin
Pastor Rich Hamlin is the founding and senior pastor of Evangelical Reformed Church (Tacoma). He has authored two books, Prepare to Meet Your God and the children’s book, If They Could Talk: Letters from Those Who Were There. He is married to wife Lynn (33 years). They have three adult children, and six grandchildren.

Ray is a serial entrepreneur, former pastor, and community leader with a passion to see men live on mission in the home and at the workplace. He lives in Tacoma, WA with his wife Desiree and their four kids.
Nathan Sutherland
Nathan and his wife, Anna, founded Gospel Tech to help families connect their tech use with the gospel. To that end, Nathan produces content and speaks nationwide. Nathan and Anna live in Puyallup with their three children.
Henry C. Flowers III
Henry is the Associate Pastor of discipleship, education, and pastoral counseling at Evangelical Reformed Church, Tacoma, WA. Originally from Southern Mississippi, he and his wife Krystin (10 years) and their four young children were called to move to Tacoma in 2020, where he now serves alongside his mentor and friend, Pastor Rich Hamlin.

Selena Frederick
Selena is wife to Ryan and the mama and home educator of 4 fierce daughters. She also co-founded Fierce Marriage and Fierce Parenting. She can be usual be found reading as many books as possible (with coffee in hand); soaking up sunshine with her family on their little boat and working with hubby to bring fierce content weekly.
Rebekah Lovell
Rebekah Lovell is a writer who focuses on the issues of faith, freedoms, and the power of family culture. She is a regularly featured writer for Warrior Poet Society blog, has a background in public relations, and served years overseas as a Christian missionary. She lives north of Atlanta with her husband John and two wild boys on their homestead.
Mary Spatarel
Mary is a pastors wife, a mother of 4 with a 5th on the way. She enjoys the art and beauty of homemaking and spends her days supporting her husband’s ministry, educating her four kids, and cultivating a warm hospitable home. During free time she enjoys reading a good book with a strong cup of coffee or going on an adventure outdoors with her people.
Krystin Flowers
Krystin is wife to Henry and mama to four littles. As a homemaker and pastor’s wife, her days are spent caring for her family and home as well as serving the church alongside her husband. She has a master's degree in marriage and family therapy and a passion for encouraging ladies towards the high calling of biblical womanhood.

Of course! Kids are encouraged to attend. It’s a family conference after all! 🙂
Yes! If they need a seat, they need a registration. This helps us get an accurate headcount.
The pre-conference seminars are designed to give a space where we can tackle topics specific to men and women. All conference attendees are welcomed to attend. Because they’re earlier on a weekday, we anticipate that they will be more intimate than the main sessions.
Childcare is provided ONLY for the pre-conference seminars on Friday 8am – 12:30pm.
It costs $30/child and will be provided for kids aged 0-6 only.
Please make sure to sign up for childcare when you register for the conference.
For out of town guests, we recommend lodging near Downtown Tacoma or on South Hill. There are also local AirBNB options as well.
